Our story

21st Century Kartini is a community platform dedicated to honoring Raden Adjeng Kartini, a pioneer of women's empowerment in Indonesia.

Our mission is to showcase the work and achievement of women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) and inspiring future generations to pursue STEM education and careers, by providing networking and mentorship opportunities for university students and young professionals.

Through this, we aim to break down barriers, promote diversity and inclusion, and shape a brighter, more equitable future for women in STEM in Indonesia.

Mentorship program

Our mentorship program is a mentee-driven program and tailored to meet each mentees personalized goals. Our mentees embark on a transformative four months journey with her mentor to ensures focused and impactful mentorship by providing a role model and guidance to help her navigate their future career and study in STEM.

Webinar

Our webinar showcase the most meaningful project and groundbreaking work of our mentors. We aim to highlight an inspiring academic or professional journey through broader audience to unleash a powerful ripple effect that encourage the next generation to pursue careers or further study in STEM.

Talk show

Our Talk Show celebrates inspiring Indonesian women and their remarkable contributions to the community. We delve into their personal stories, current endeavors, challenges, and proudest achievements, both professional and personal.
